Enterprise Installation Guide

Enterprise licenses offer a more customizable process that can be adapted to varying pipelines and IT processes.

1. Download software

   Head over to your My Account page to access your downloads.

2. Decide on a distribution method, network location or distributed installations.

   • You can place the files in a network location where all the artists can access them,
   • or, if you prefer to distribute the software to each user individually, it's up to you.

3. Extract contents. In the software package you will see an eblabs_hub folder. This is the folder you will need to extract to your destination location.

   Make sure to keep the folder structure as is for the tools to work correctly.

   

4. In the summary.info file, you will find all the button commands for configuring your maya shelf.

   Take note of key information:

   • icon image path
   • command start/end
   • install_path, this will need to be the folder containing the eblabs_hub that you extracted earlier, or the path that you have configured in your own way

   

5. Configure button commands.

   Buttons can be created through Maya directly, or through whatever proprietary system you might have in place.
